1. How does the vacuum solenoid valve work?
The vacuum solenoid valve uses the electromagnetic principle to drive the opening and closing of the valve core or valve seat through the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil, thereby controlling the circulation of vacuum or compressed air.
2. Function of vacuum solenoid valve
① Switch control of vacuum circuit.

4. How to judge whether the vacuum solenoid valve is damaged?
① No action after energizing
Use a multimeter to measure the coil resistance. If it is open or short-circuited, the coil may be damaged.
② Valve stuck or slow response
Dismantle the valve body after power off and check if there is dirt or damage inside.
③ Vacuum cannot be established or leaks
Check if the valve seat and seal are aged, damaged or have foreign matter.
④ Abnormal heat or burning smell
Check if the coil surface and terminal are black or have burn marks after power off.
⑤ Abnormal noise
If you hear a buzzing sound or metal friction sound when power is on, it may be that the valve core is worn or the electromagnetic force is insufficient.
