Product Description
1. This magnetic cylinder is basically a pneumatic rodless cylinder featuring a mobile piston fitted with annular magnets. The mobile carriage is also equipped with magnets to provide magnetic coupling (carriage/piston), The carriage slide freely along the main tube.
2. It is dust-proof as the isolation between the carriage and piston.
3. It is compact in space.
4. The non adjustable rubber bumpers and the adjustable pneumatic cushioning on both ends of the cylinder ensure the smooth action. If shock absorber be used, the cushioning effect is more perfection.
5. Double guides ensure high precision and can endure proper side load or prejudicial load.

Product FAQ
Q1: How does a magnetically coupled rodless cylinder work?
The working of magnetically coupled rodless cylinder is that the piston drives the cylinders outside objects to do synchronous movement by magnetic force. In the piston installed a set of high magnetic permanent magnetic ring, the magnetic line of force through the thin-walled cylinder and another set of magnetic ring set outside the role, due to the two sets of magnetic rings have opposite magnetism and strong suction force. When the air pressure inside the cylinder pushes the piston, then under the action of magnetic force, drive the cylinder outside the magnetic ring set together to move.
Q2: What is the purpose of cylinder stops on a rodless cylinder?
The stop tube provides side load support during those long extensions of the rod. Their use removes the risk of a piston bottoming out and prevents the cylinder from extending too far. This, in turn, avoids piston bending. Additionally, cylinder stop tubes decrease the risk of bearing surface overloads.
Q3: Where are rodless cylinders used?
The most common applications for rodless cylinders are packaging, cutting, material transfer, assembly and electronics manufacturing. They stroke length is nearly as long as their body length, where a standard piston rod cylinder extends entirely outside its retracted length.
