Product Description
■Feature
1. Valves control air ride truck seats and lumbar supports.
2. Spring-loaded, three-way function.
3. Electro-pneumatic combination valve designed to operate air seats using an electric air compressor.
4. Designed to replace valves on seats by major manufacturers such as Bostrom, National and Sears.
How to Work:
The air-activated switch is built into the manual paddle valve switch, and pushing the paddle switch up and down can control the opening and closing of the compressor relay.
This switch controls the flow of air from the air tank or compressor to the hanging bag or Seat pneumatic device. The average bag filling time is 8-12 seconds, which depends on the size of the water tank and the maximum PSI in the water tank.
■ Technical Requirements
1. The rocker-type seat electronic valve switch uses an electric drive air pump to provide pneumatic and electrical control for the seat.
2. Three-position, three-way; center closed; rocker-type switching.
3. The switch positions and corresponding functions are as follows:
| Position | Pneumatic Circuit Function | Electrical Circuit Function |
| Closed (Normal State) | Inlet sealed, outlet sealed | Circuit open |
| Inflation | Inlet connected to outlet | Circuit closed |
| Exhaust | Inlet sealed, outlet exhausts to atmosphere | Circuit open |
4. The outer side of the electronic valve switch is equipped with a mounting panel.
Panel thickness: 2.2–3.2 mm. Frame dimensions as shown in the drawing.
5. Maximum current: 1.5 MPa
6. Leakage rate: ≤ 10 ml/min
7. Service life: ≥ 10,000 cycles
8. Under stable conditions:
Maximum rated DC current: 7.5 A
Maximum DC voltage when circuit is open: 16 V
Duty cycle: ≤ 25%
Continuous energization time must not exceed 60 seconds
9. Component appearance requirements: smooth surface, no obvious burrs, air holes, scratches, or other defects.
