1. Unbreakable Tie-Rod Architecture: High-carbon steel tie rods combined with a hard-anodized aluminum barrel completely prevent radial deformation. It maintains linear stability even under severe side loads.

2. High-Temp & Harsh Environment Readiness: Equipped with self-lubricating NBR seals as standard. For steel mills or high-heat automation, upgrade to Viton (FKM) seals and heavy-duty wiper rings to block metal shavings and withstand up to 150°C.

3. Precision Cushioning System: Adjustable air cushions at both ends efficiently absorb kinetic energy, preventing metal-to-metal impact and protecting your expensive machinery.

4. Field-Repairable Design: Stop throwing away leaking cylinders. Our cylinders feature a removable rod gland design, allowing your maintenance team to replace seal kits on-site without completely disassembling the barrel.
