1.Working principle

VPC customized high speed high frequency cylinder is a double-acting single rod cylinder. That is, compressed air alternately enters the two ends of the cylinder to achieve reciprocating motion of the piston.

High-speed high-frequency cylinders are widely used in equipment that requires rapid reciprocating motion, and are widely used in electronic manufacturing, automated logistics, packaging technology and other fields.

In order to make high speed high frequency cylinders have better performance in various application environments, they are usually used in conjunction with solenoid valves, precision pressure regulator, air preparation units, and magnetic sensor switches to improve the efficiency of the entire system.

  • Solenoid valve: Use 4V series solenoid valves to quickly switch the air source.

  • Precision pressure regulator: Use IR series precision pressure regulator to control the movement speed of the cylinder.

  • Air preparation units: Use A series FRL (filter regulator lubricator)to keep the air source clean and extend the life of the cylinder.

  • Magnetic reed switch: Use with different types of magnetic switches such as CS1-U, CS1-G to accurately detect the position of the cylinder piston.

  • Speed controller: Used with VSC, ASP speed control valve to adjust the extension and retraction speed of the cylinder piston rod.



4. Precautions for use

  • Working pressure: The working pressure should be within the range of 0.1-1.0MPa.

  • Working temperature: The working temperature should be within the range of -10~40℃.

  • Select appropriate coushioning methods according to the frequency of use, such as rubber buffering or air buffering, to reduce impact and extend service life.

  • When the cylinder is continuously operated at high speed and high frequency for a long time, the surface of the cylinder tube may become hot. Do not touch the cylinder tube with bare hands.

  • Installing the speed controller close to the solenoid valve can effectively reduce cylinder heating.

  • When the cylinder moves at high speed, the impact at the end of the stroke is large. The action speed and load mass can be adjusted and used within the range of allowable kinetic energy.
