1.Working principle
VPC customized high speed high frequency cylinder is a double-acting single rod cylinder. That is, compressed air alternately enters the two ends of the cylinder to achieve reciprocating motion of the piston.

4. Precautions for use
Working pressure: The working pressure should be within the range of 0.1-1.0MPa.
Working temperature: The working temperature should be within the range of -10~40℃.
Select appropriate coushioning methods according to the frequency of use, such as rubber buffering or air buffering, to reduce impact and extend service life.
When the cylinder is continuously operated at high speed and high frequency for a long time, the surface of the cylinder tube may become hot. Do not touch the cylinder tube with bare hands.
Installing the speed controller close to the solenoid valve can effectively reduce cylinder heating.
When the cylinder moves at high speed, the impact at the end of the stroke is large. The action speed and load mass can be adjusted and used within the range of allowable kinetic energy.
