Product Description
DNC Series ISO 15552 (ISO 16431) pneumatic actuators are used to provide straight-line, in/out linear movement for a variety of applications.
1. The piston seal is composed of two Y-shape one-way seal structure, which has compensation function, long service life and low start-up pressure.
2. The square aluminum pipe without tie rod has good corrosion resistance.
3. The buffer adjustment of cylinder is smooth and steady.
4. Available as single acting (spring extend or spring return actuators) and double acting styles with single rod or double rod configurations, non-rotating, and precision non-rotating models.
5. Cylinders and accessories for installation with several specifications are optional.

Product FAQ
Q1. What is the ISO standard for the pneumatic cylinder?
The ISO 6431 cylinder standard refers to the dimensions of the basic product and the size of the cylinder when mountings and accessories are applied.
Q2. What is stroke size in pneumatic cylinder?
The cylinders are available in bores of 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 and 125 mm, with stroke lengths from 10 mm to 100mm. Single-acting cylinders with spring return in the retract direction are available in stroke lengths up to 80 mm.
Q3. How do I increase the pressure in my pneumatic cylinder?
Another way to increase or decrease the forces generated by the cylinder is to choose a cylinder with either a more significant (Greater force) or smaller (Less force) diameter. Remember, the larger the diameter, the greater the surface area of the piston, and the greater the pressure.
Q4. How do you adjust air cylinder speed?
When the cylinder piston extends, the air behind it is compressed because air can't escape easily. When you tighten the flow control screw, the movement of the piston slows down because air is restricted even further. Controls the speed of a cylinder or restricts air flow. Simply turn the needle valve to adjust air speed.
Q5. How do you calculate pneumatic cylinder force?
Use the cylinder diameter (d) to calculate the cylinder working area (A), which is A = π × d² / 4.
Determine the working pressure (P) inside the cylinder.
Multiply the pressure (P) by the area (A). In that way, you calculate the pneumatic cylinders theory push force (F), F = P × A.
