Compact actuators are more space efficient, one-third the length of an equivalent ISO profile cylinder. The newest ASE is ISO 21287 standard and saves 50% space in installation compared to ISO 15552 standard cylinders. Accepts standard reed switch. Replacement for thin profile cylinders of the ADN series.

Product Feature

1. In accordance with ISO21287 standard, the mounting size is vogue.

2. The cylinder body connects with the threads of the front and back cover, forming high strength and convenient maintenance.

3. The internal diameter of the body is treated with rolling followed by the treatment of hard anodizing, forming an excellent abrasion resistance and durability.

4. The seal of piston adopts heterogeneous two-way seal structure. It has compact dimension and the function of oil reservation.

5. Compact structure can effectively save fifty percent installation space with ISO15552 standard cylinder.

6. There are magnetic switch slots around the cylinder body, which is convenient to install inducting switch.

7. Bumper is available and it can availably absorb excrescent energy.

8.Installing accessories with various specifications is optional.

Q1: How do I increase the pressure in my pneumatic cylinder?

A: Another way to increase or decrease the forces generated by the cylinder is to choose a cylinder with either a more significant (Greater force) or smaller (Less force) diameter. Remember, the larger the diameter, the greater the surface area of the piston, and the greater the pressure.


Q2: How do you adjust air cylinder speed?

A: When the cylinder piston extends, the air behind it is compressed because air can't escape easily. When you tighten the flow control screw, the movement of the piston slows down because air is restricted even further. Controls the speed of a cylinder or restricts air flow. Simply turn the needle valve to adjust air speed.
